Overall Im really happy with the bed, its as pictured and was easy enough to put together. The only issue I had was about delivery and it wasnt as stated on the website. I sent a message to find out about delivery and was told that I would be notified the day before the delivery but I wasnt. I got a phone call from the delivery driver when he was an hour away luckily I had finished work. I received an email 2 days after delivery saying my order was complete and they would let me know when it was shipped

Was missing drawers in the base. Told them and they let me know they will deliver the drawers in 7 days. Its 5th day until now they didnt deliver the drawers. Unprofessional service. My Guest are coming hope they deliver on time. Although there Customer service is good and professional.

I ordered a silver velvet button design 4 drawer sleigh bed and its absolutely fabulous. I ordered it in the morning and got a phone call that afternoon to let me know delivery would be next day. Excellent delivery with a call when 20 mins away plus a follow up phone call to ask if everything was ok with the bed and if I had any questions, which I did and was unsure how to put the 2 bases together. Whilst on the phone I was sent a photo on WhatsApp showing exactly where to put the pieces. Perfect. I would highly recommend

Delivery was quick with excellent tracking updates. However divan base was damaged. After a few calls, a partial refund was agreed upon and paid to resolve the issues. While the resolution took a few days due to their busy schedules, the customer service was consistently polite and communicative but still lot of time waste and little disappointed. I called the customer service number late on a Sunday afternoon and spoke with them, who was incredibly helpful. He explained everything about the bed I was interested in, the mattress options, and even went into detail about the delivery process.
