Bit disappointed after all the good reviews. Bad communication. There were no instructions on how to assemble the bed and I asked a question if the bed closure was correct or looked faulty, I reached out on whatsapp and e mail but no replies. Would be helpful with a simple instruction leaflet included. Not Acceptable Behavior.

Amazing service and beds at very reasonable prices. We ordered a new bed which was made to order using good material and also a mattress. It was delivered promptly with great communication throughout the whole process. The bed is made lovely and the mattress very comfortable. I would highly recommend this company.

"Overall Im really happy"

Overall Im really happy with the bed, its as pictured and was easy enough to put together. The only issue I had was about delivery and it wasnt as stated on the website. I sent a message to find out about delivery and was told that I would be notified the day before the delivery but I wasnt. I got a phone call from the delivery driver when he was an hour away luckily I had finished work. I received an email 2 days after delivery saying my order was complete and they would let me know when it was shipped

Was missing drawers in the base. Told them and they let me know they will deliver the drawers in 7 days. Its 5th day until now they didnt deliver the drawers. Unprofessional service. My Guest are coming hope they deliver on time. Although there Customer service is good and professional.

The bed comes with the mattress... It would have been good if you choose an upgrade on mattress as firmer matress would have been better. It was easy to assemble and the storage is fantastical as it has a hard bottom.

Easy to order. Very helpful and answered queries quickly. Kept up to date on delivery which was less than a week from ordering. Bed looks good and very comfortable. The bed was delivered within 6 days of ordering. The delivery man kept me informed of his eta. When he arrived he quickly removed my old bed, put together the new one checking the position l would like it in. I am very happy with the service and follow up l have received. Would strongly recommend using this company.
